Another question

The NCAA will come down on tOSU in some fashion. My question is: Does the BIG ever deal out any punishments on their own or do they leave it up entirely up to the NCAA?

What if the NCAA doesn't allow any bowl games for tOSU, but they win their division. Will the BIG let them for play the BIG championship? If so who goes to the Rose Bowl?

My guess is the ncaa will impose the USC sanction. No bowls for 2 years and lose 30 scholarships over 3 years. The b-10 will ban any b-10 championship appearance. Won't matter cause the Badgers will win the division this year anyway.
