when is the next wave of signings?

or is it just a random here and a random one there

i was really hoping for more than one by now after this weekends visits

is there a signing day coming up

There have been no signings yet, just verbals, You can't actually sign anything until national signing day. Way to do your homework though. I am not sure when the next verbal commitment might come. Probably a few on national TV at the army game and Under Armour game.

Yeah id agree with L21. The high school star games are all big.

Judging by last year, after this point they trickle in until the last week. You can think of it this way, the top recruits are picking where they want to go, and so they take their time. The recruits in the middle try to grab what they deem the best opportunity available as quickly as they figure it out so they don't get left out and have to go to a lesser school. The ones on the lower end of the scale, will either grab any D1 that offers or wait to see what spots don't get filled, or they go to a smaller school.

So all that's left are the top recruits and the ones on hold hoping for a spot. Which means trickling in or last week. Of course there's always exceptions.

Some recruits may be waiting to see if there are any other offers coming. They may have made an early commit and now have second thoughts (such as Gainer).
