Vanderbilt makes 10 out of their last 10 free throws to beat Kentucky 81-79. Cannot beat good teams the way we have been shooting free throws. Much like the indiana game, we may drop a couple more losses simply due to the awful free throw shooting percentage of this team.

Tubby has never figured out that when recruiting players for a basketball team, it helps get players who can actually shoot from beyond two feet. Basketballs, not handguns.

Which Tubby recruit shot a handgun? I can't think of any ...

To be fair. We were number one in FT % in the big ten last year.

The problem is made worse because the Gophers are so good at getting to the line. Mbakwe has just 4 less missed free throws than the entire Wisconsin team. That says a lot about how good Mbakwe is at getting fouled and how good the Badgers are at making them. It says equally bad things about Mbakwe's % and the UW's inability to get to the line.

Perhaps the (blank)est comment I've ever read here on GH.
