Reusse: This 'distraction' couldn't keep Gophers from rejoining the chase

Reusse should be suspended for this ridiculous display of grammar in the headline, the one place where it is unacceptable to have a mistake. Sure, the editor should have caught the mistake, but Reusse had to be the one to submit it in the first place. No way an editor changes a headline to show this ridiculous mistake.

Trevor Mbakwe's punishment for this week's misdemeanor arrest turned out to be sitting for the game's first 3 minutes, 44 seconds. After that, the Gophers managed to ended Purdue's 10-game winning streak and restore thoughts of a lofty finish in the Big Ten.

For the millionth time, the writers don't write the headlines. It's still an error, but one probably made by a $10/lackey under a time constraint. Chill out.
