Quote from americanchronicle link at bottom...

White Station coach Jesus Patino said he also was involved with Miller's foundation when Miller played for the Memphis Grizzlies.
"Mike was very involved in the community when he was here in Memphis," said Patino, who also has become good friends with Kuyper. "He's got that Mike Miller Foundation and he's always giving back to the community."
Friday's game against White Station will allow the Kernels to get an up close and personal look at one of the top collegiate prospects in the country.
Andre Hollins is a 6-3 senior point guard who has verbally committed to play for coach Tubby Smith at the University of Minnesota next season. He is averaging 25.77 points per game this season. Hollins scored 46 points earlier this season in a five-point loss to nationally-ranked Findlay Prep (Nevada), which plays Sioux Falls O'Gorman at 9:30 p.m. today.
"He's the most underrated guard in the country," Patino said of Hollins, who is currently the No. 126-ranked recruit by Rivals150. "If there are five guards better than him in the country, I want to see them."
The Spartans are 11-2 on the season. They also sport 6-7, 225-pound senior forward Nino Johnson and 6-8, 250-pound senior center Marvin Williams. Both Johnson and Williams will play college basketball on the east coach next season.
White Station won a state title in Tennessee in 2009 and finished runner-up in 2008 and '10.
White Station plays Sioux Falls Washington at 6:30 p.m. today.

I think Miller played for the T-wolves..

"Fifth-ranked Washington (4-0) then takes the floor against White Station, a Memphis juggernaut ranked 30th in the ESPN Fab 50 and featuring Minnesota Gopher recruit Andre Hollins, ranked 30th nationally among shooting guards.

"He's the real deal," said Warriors coach Jim Trett of Hollins. "He does a lot of of stuff for them, and he's everywhere. We'll have to try to control him with everybody - not just one guy."

When I read this, I immediately thought they would say Hopkins, and I started thinking how cool it would be if Hollins and Coleman got to play against each other. Oh well, I can still dream.

Do we have any on-site posters at the Corn Palace to give us a report on Andre Hollins?

15pts for Andre Hollins as White Station defeats Sioux Falls Washington 58-45.

From the article

Hollins, who has committed to play for the University of Minnesota, scored 12 of his team-high 15 points in the first half, including a monster fast break dunk that pushed the White Station lead to 22-10.

However, the 6-foot-3 senior guard said a change in Washington's defense played a role in the drop-off of his second-half production.

"They went zone and I kind of lost my aggressiveness," said Hollins, who is recovering from a recent flu. "Coach (Jesus Patino) told me to stay aggressive, but I didn't have as many chances."

**** No Bats in the Barn but the Corn Palace has them... from below link
There may have been misgivings all along for the nationally ranked powerhouse, which traveled from Tennessee during the holidays to play in a gym adorned with corn.
But things really got wacky at the Corn Palace during the first half of White Station's game with Washington, when a bat emerged from the corn murals and fluttered around the court.
The Memphis players, including highly touted Minnesota recruit Andre Hollins, looked on in amazement as the winged menace nose-dived in and out, forcing referees to duck for cover.
"That was crazy," said Hollins, who scored 15 points in his team's 58-45 victory. "Now I've seen it all."

2:00 today

White Station plays again today at 2:00 versus Mitchell, SD. For those stuck at work today you can listen live at http://www.kmit.com/. Mitchell plays good defense, held Jonah Travis to 8 pts and 6 rebs last night.

I drove up to the Corn Palace this morning. I'm hoping that I am able to get back. White Station is up 11-9 with 8:21 to go. Hollins has two points and two assists so far. I got a chance to talk to him before the game. I'm hoping I didn't put too much pressure on him. I reminded him that I drove five hours in a storm to get here to watch him.

I'm tweeting during the game at collegebbnews.
