How many rows are there in the lower deck? I'm guessing it may be different on the side line, versus the end line behind the baskets.

I believe somewhere between 30 and 35...I want to say 32, but I'm not certain.
 

One more question, are the rows in sections 103, 108, 114, 119 angled towards the court?

As far as soaking up the atmosphere, you are right on Dr. Don, but you have to admit there are some bad sight lines...
