Indiana had a week off to prepare for this game...

...and the crowd behind them with the White out and we still prevailed. Big win for the Gophers considering wins will be tough to come by with the upcoming schedule. Indiana fans were looking at this games as one of the few in the Big Ten schedule that they had a chance at winning this year. The Gophers were in sort of the same position Louisville was in when we played them. We had 10 days off prior to the game while Lousiville had been flying around the country and took the court against us less than 48 hours after a close game vs Ole Miss (i think).

A week off? Big deal they have 5 total wins! Total not big 10...5! We have almost as many big 10 loses

Well you obviously aren't very familiar with basketball then because having a week off is a big deal. You have a week of long practices and get to go over all the tendencies of your upcoming opponent. Something the Gophers only had two days to do. It's one of the main reasons the game was as close as it was.
