So with that in mind, let's take our sixth national rankings update of the MaxxAthlete High School Top 25…

1. Santa Ana, CA Mater Dei (19-0) - (PR-1)
Results: The Monarchs roll to a huge win at Spalding Hoophall Classic 86-61 over Chicago Whitney Young as David Wear led the way with 24 points and 12 rebounds, while Gary Franklin and Travis Wear chipped in with 19 points each.

2. Newark, NJ St. Benedict's (16-0) - (PR-2)
Results: The Grey Bees broke open a close game in the second half then held on for a well deserved 77-67 victory over Marietta Wheeler at the Hoophall Classic. They were led by Tristan Thompson with 20 points while Pittsburgh signee Lamar Patterson added 19 points. Both of the Grey Bees forwards pulled down 13 rebounds each.

3. Mouth of Wilson, VA Oak Hill Academy (22-0) – (PR-3)
Results: The Warriors have moved into position to move up in rankings as they survived then No.11 South Atlanta 63-58 as Keith Gallon scored 22 points and pulled down 13 rebounds. They knocked off then No.6 Christ School 75-58 at Josh Howard MI King Day Classic as Lamont Jones pumped in 34 points

4. Henderson, NV Findlay Prep (20-0) - (PR-4)
Results: Won three games over weekend at Flying to the Hoop defeating Garfield Heights, OH 60-50 and then surviving Huber Heights, OH Wayne 66-62 as Avery Bradley scored 23 points.

5. Rockville, MD Montrose Christian (13-1) – (PR-5)
Results: They held on for two wins at the Flyin to the Hoop tournament, upending Centerville 63-53, and they surviving Trotwood-Madison 52-49 behind Isaiah Armwood with 16 points plus 10 boards and Mouphtaou Yarou who chipped in with 13 points and 15 boards.

6. Minnetonka, MN Hopkins (12-0) – (PR-7)
Results: They won two this week by huge margins, as they defeated Richfield 83-44 and Minneapolis Patrick Henry 101-48.
