Anyone know what's going on with Iverson's leg?

The quick shot on tv the other night showed bleeding and what appeared to be a massive bruise but I haven't heard anything about it. Bueller? Anyone?

I thought maybe it happened earlier in the game when he dove to the floor after a loose ball. Thought it was a big floor burn.
