I don't follow Canadian basketball much (at all) but UBC was #2 in country last year and they brought back the reigning CIS player of the year.

But not in the box score- still Devon. They just took UBCs.

I know the financial reality of Canadian University sports (UBC players get tuition and stipend for books, nothing else; head coach also teaches in the phys-ed department), I expect a little more from an NCAA D-1 program.

I didnt know they were vertically challenged in Canada. Not only where they small, but the announcer was saying they were bringing in a 6'7" player! Like that was tall or something?
