I found one for the Sunday game, but does anyone know about the Thursday game or the final one?

PBTT, I think that sportscanadatv is good for both the Thursday ( Sept 2) and Sunday (Sept 5) games. http://sportscanada.tv/
Friday's game ( Sept 3rd) will be on SpartansTV as I have had a reply from an inquiry to them.

Awesome, thanks for the great info!
Ida, it looks like it should stream through the website. If you click on the "7:00pm MEN: Minnesota @ UBC" link in the upper right I think that opens the viewing page.

Well, they keep talking about UBC playing in the championship the past two years so I'm assuming they are one of the better teams in Canada.

They appear to be about the equivalent of a division II team. Not much size to them at all.

Yes, Devoe is number 34... Mo has no 'lift'.. Blake has his stroke going.. Al still picks up the ball and kills the offense.. Trevor is a beast on the boards.. can't say much about Ralph and Colton except that they look larger.. Austin Hollins is slick, but skinny. Watching on a laptop is difficult at best... but still intersting.

Yeah, Gophers are playing well against this team. And Joseph appears fully recovered from his "thigh" injury.

Gophers shot MUCH better in 2Q especially Devoe Joseph.

Yes, yes he is. Looks like he'll really struggle in the Big Ten this year unless he starts losing weight. Unless he completely moves someone out of the way, it looks like any decent shotblocker will be able to get to him.

I thought our bigs would dominate this game. They've been pretty disappointing outside of Colt's sweet steal, dribble all the way down, and then slam it.

Several people are tweeting that Mbakwe has a towel over his hand and the trainers are checking it over. Possible injury.

Finding out a lot more about CIS basketball than I ever have known before but apparently Josh Whyte of UBC was the CIS player of the year.

Not good... probably the same finger he hurt in HP. I think he hurt it right before the half.

I vote for Mo to be red-shirted this year. Eliason is ready to go. A little bit of rust. We will be fine by November.

I am getting an "off air" message on the website, is the game still at half?

turnovers are a problem, but im not worried its their 1st game together they need to have time to gel. Walker is more mobile than i tough he is gonna be good. such a soft touch too

I think Mo can be effective against weak, unathletic, or undersized centers, but I think he'll struggle for hte most part this year in the Big Ten unless he loses some weight.

agreed it was good to watch some gopher basketball and hey there are two more games in Canada to watch coming up
I saw most of the second half, but that's really not enough to make any real judgments about the teams. Some things that stood out to me-
Mbakwe- Really impressed me with his athleticism
Hollins- was the pleasant surprise for me, he had a couple plays that showed more athleticism than I though he had, certainly looked taller than the initial 6'3 report, and had a really nice display of ballhandling on one play.
Walker- Really needs to lose weight, but uses his size well and has a soft touch. If his explosion off the floor improves as his weight drops he could be a really nice player. Watching his full court press attempt was entertaining, he certainly played hard.

I only remember him shooting 2 free throws but I really hope that's how he shoots them all the time. Looks to have a nice soft touch. Walker (and Eliason) struggled with body contact though and were easily stripped of the ball...not surprising for freshmen.
He did have 9 rebounds but that's hard to gauge against this competition.

He definitely played well after a rough start. Trevor also looks to have a nice FT for a big. Pretty smooth looking. He's also definitely going to be fouled quite a bit.

I think I recall seeing Rodney was 1 for 7 from the field, but only 0 for 1 downtown, where were most of his shots taken? Just like midrange jumpers? Drives to the hoop?

He had one nice reverse that almost went in, but other than that, lots of ill-advised shots. A couple of very deep 2s that weren't exactly wide-open shots. A few awkward layup attempts.

First view of the new guys for me. I was impressed with Trevor and Hollins. Walker had a nice game, but he needs to lose 30 lbs. Rodney Williams was non-existant in 25 minutes! Sampson was invisible and got the ball stolen by 6' players. Iverson had a lot of turnovers but did a few nice things. Devoe was chucking it, and making them. Nolen is so important to this team. He knows when to push it and when to back it out.
