Anybody have any ideas. I don't think Channelsurfing.net or Justin.tv are options anymore. Anybody here have the know-how and willingness to stream the game online themselves?

Agreed I'll be stuck at work and hoping to find a place online to watch it. What happened to channelsurfing.net? I didn't know that wasn't an option anymore. Anyone have any good sites that will have the game?

A friend of mine uses http://atdhe.net/ to watch Bills games. Funny, they don't seem to televise them nationally very often. I watched a little bit of international basketball and it was a little laggy but that could be because of my connection speed.

Will Espn3 carrier it? I used that to watch some soccer games.

They no longer list ESPNU. I believe they had a crackdown on the streaming of copyrighted material.

Nope.

This sight is a good option. I watch quite a bit of soccer on it. It seems like they have most sporting events.

ESPN3 doesn't carry ESPNU games as ESPNU is part of a premium sports package in many areas.

If anyone finds out about a website, please post it, as I will be in a hotel that does not have ESPNU before I move back to the U

ESPN-U as in "YOU don't get it." My plans are to see the game at TCF, but I will have a three year old with me, and if it's wet, I won't be going.

This just popped up as a RT on my twitter feed. No idea if it will work or not. http://hotbmark.com/sports/watch-minnesota-golden-gophers-vs-middle-tennessee-blue-raiders-live-streaming-ncaa-football-match/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed:+HotBookmarks+(Hot+BookMark+|+To p+Social+Bookmarking)&utm_content=Twitter

What's wrong is that I don't think that Justin.tv allows ESPNU to be streamed anymore.

That's awesome. If I didn't have to work tonight (really contemplated calling in sick) I would take that option. I'd even stay if it got wet (don't have a 3 year old.. lol).

I'll have my phone checking this game all the time.

Not sure if this will work (it does reference JustinTV), might be a crap-shoot, but it is better than nothing.

Here's i think the most promising option so far. Here is a community that focuses on streaming sports online and this is their directory for NCAA Week 1. It looks like we might not know until 6:30 if the listed stream works, but it's certainly a step in the right direction!

Looks awfully dubious. I've seen several different sites like that that lead to the same sign-up page (http://www.sportslivenow.com/CollegeFootball/join.asp?PID=0d8f40bd-13fe-407e-9455-a8ca400b1828&tcg=1&ts=9/2/2010%204:17:04%20PM).

Yeah don't touch that site. Every link leads to the same URL which is 99% of the time bad news.

Stream is clear and running!

http://alpha2zulu.webstarts.com/a2z_channel_1.html

I think the guy running it will always be available for stream maintenance if anything goes haywire. He gave me full assurance that if it goes down he'll pop it back up immediately!

Plus you don't have to give them any personal info like the other link that was listed.

Looks like you found some great sites. If none of those work there seems to be a possibility of getting it directly through MTSU. Will have to pay for it though.

FYI: It's likely our jumbotron feed with no announcers, or our radio team.

I don't think so. They appear to show all of their games online (every football game and other sports) so it's not like they're just using the Gopher feed. Now, they might have their own announcers in which case the "no announcer" might be better :) But you're not going to hear the gopher broadcast team.

The alpha zulu link works well in real time. I pulled it up here at the bar and it was in perfect unison with the feed on the TV.
