This officially announces that the Gophers, under Tubby Smith, have arrived. He was able to beat the Badgers at Madison. Something the Gophers haven't done since '94. He also managed to do it while not looking like a whining goblin (see: Bo Ryan).

Westbrook was a beast. Damian came up huge in the second half. Carter had a double double and a huge block late. Bostick made Bo pay by dropping 11, including two big hoops in OT. Now we just need to work on not turning the ball over when icing away games.

Oh yeah, a border battle against an arch rival. Tubby has served notice on the rest of the Big 10 and even the country. The Gophers are back baby!!!! This is the signature win he needed. We're definitely going to the tourney now. Who knows, maybe we could get a 3 or 4 seed? Why not?
