Any guesses as to where USC would be? Kind of disappointing to have an automatically unranked team on the schedule, especially when they are usually so highly ranked.
 

They'll be ranked in the AP poll, so that will be a good indicator.

Oregon, Florida, Penn State, Florida State, and Georgia are all rated higher than they should be. Florida should be in the 8-12 range. Oregon (without their QB) should be in the 15-20 range. Penn State should be in the 20-25 range. Florida State and Georgia have done nothing to merit being ranked except for having the names they do.
 

Kind of surprised that Spurrier didn't rank Duke #25 in the preseason poll as he's usually done in the past.

Great point. Also keep in mind that Northwestern also had votes. Further proof that a geography split would still have competitive balance.
