Michigan-Iowa

Michigan was up 8-1 but Iowa with a big come back and now it is 8-4 in the 6th.

good news for Gophers as Michigan starter threw 120+ pitches so he is done for tourny and now they have to go to the pen for 3+ innings and they will have to spend alot more energy for the win, especially after the late, extra inning game last night.

well well well...looks like we are getting the Hawkeyes.

Iowa completes crazy comeback and downs Michigan 11-8 to face Gophers in the title game in about 45 minutes.

Have to say, the Hawkeyes are playing pretty darn good baseball so here's hoping the guys are ready to go. As for Michigan, the meltdown they suffered from the sixth through the eighth innings was truly something to behold. I guess at the end of the day the Wolverines just ran out of pitching. Should be interesting to see what the Hawkeyes have left to throw against a pretty fresh pitching staff for the Gophers.
