Anyone else notice a major increase in chatter about the Gophers around the water cooler lately? This is the first time in a while that people I didn't even know were basketball fans are really excited about our team saying, "Did you see that game yesterday! They are so fun to watch!"

The guys are gradually becoming the talk of the town :)
 

It started after the Louisville game and has become constant since.
 

And some kept urging that Monson should be given a few more years to prove himself.
 

Good God, can you get over it?

And BTW, who on earth was urging that?

I think just about everyone would have accepted the alleged first firing, and then after the poor start to Monson's next season, I can't recall anyone saying give him more time.

Damn, I wish we had a water cooler where I work. I'm missing out on Gopher chatter!
