Joe Coleman and Trent Lockett may have a little more in common aside from where they go/went to high school. I think they their games are very similar. Neither is know for their jump shot, but are capable shooters. Lockett is an inch taller, but Coleman may grow a little. Both are 4 star prospects and can jump out of the gym. Hmm....

Athletically he reminds me more of 6'-6" Brandon Smith.

Coleman is more of a slasher, gets to and above the rim more often. I think the Brandon Smith comparison is good assessment of Coleman. If he develops perimeter shooting skills he could be a good one.

Didn't know he was, but looks like you were right. http://www.eurobasket.com/player.asp?Cntry=USA&PlayerID=91268

I agree 100 percent. lockett has those long arms that made him a great defender. coleman has shorter arms, but still defends at a high level. excellnt observation.
