I don,t know much about penn state can anyone tell me what their strengths and weakpoints are?

For starters: Talor Battle, Stanley Pringle, and Jamelle Cornley all average 14 pts +/game. Penn St is 11-2 this season when holding opponents under 70pts/game. Andrew Jones is a good reabounder as well. This is NOT an easy team to beat. Weakness? I guess it would be a 4th scorer....

Thanks for the info, sounds like it should be a good game. Go Gophers and never get off the couch.

Penn's Strengths/Weaknesses

Strengths: Battle, Cornley, Pringle

Weaknesses: Short bench

Minnesota needs to play strong, team defensive, get the ball into the bigs, make their outside shots and REBOUND.
Tubby's substitution pattern might be to the Gophers favor if everyone plays well. Nolen needs to be healthy (or someone --Joseph? Payton?--needs to pick up the slack WITHOUT a ton of TO's).

Johnson MUST have a good game (especially on defense, offensive rebounding and scoring).

Gophers should win but it will be a "battle" to be sure.

Good summary Drex. IMO, to summarize what Gophers have to do to win today is score more points.....DUH
