Sources have confirmed to the Boston Globe that power forward Kevin Noreen has asked for a release from his letter of intent to Boston College.
As of Saturday, no release has been granted.
The 6-foot-10 Noreen finished his career as the all-time leading scorer in Minnesota preps history and was named Mr. Basketball for the state in 2010.
