All the Final Four sites for the next 10-15 years are on this list:
Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis
Cardinal Stadium, Phoenix
Jerry World, Dallas
Reliant Stadium, Houston
Ford Field, Detroit
Georgia Dome, Atlanta
Superdome, New Orleans
Edward Jones Dome, St. Louis
Based on the rumored seating requirements, that is the list of buildings that can accommodate it.
I don't think you can get the weather-proof baseball retractables in Milwaukee and Miami to the seating minimum. Had Kansas City put a sliding lid on Arrowhead during their last renovation, you'd add that to the list. But otherwise, I think that's it for sites that can host Final Fours.
No, the NCAA will not be bringing the Final Four back to Minneapolis or Tampa, as both stadiums are falling apart at the seams. Or here, if/when the Vikes get their act together.
