It can't be much fun envisioning another season at Penn State.

Why did he go there to begin with?

Penn State has to be hoping beyond hope that Battle comes back because without him, well, it would be REALLY ugly next year.
 

I'm too lazy to look it up at the moment but for some reason I believe his younger brother will be there next year which would, I think, ensure he'll be back.

I could be wrong.

Yeah, Taran Buie is his half-bro I believe, coming in next year, a pretty highly rated player (Top 100 ESPN, top 150 Rivals). I have a feeling Battle will be back for next season to play with him.
 


There's no reason for Talor to not at least do his early declaration, as long as he doesn't hire an agent, he'll be back next year. Tubby actually encouraged a few Minnesota kids to do this in his first year, since they could at least go to the draft camps and get feedback as to what they need to work on and improve for their senior years.
