1. Decker participated (lifting) in the U's Pro Day in March. He will not be able to run for scouts prior to the draft and, last I heard, would not be available to participate in rookie mini camps. He should be ready to go by training camp.

2. No additional word on his recovery, but he has been in Arizona rehabbing at API.

3. Decker would not be "sneaking" in to the 2nd round. From everything I have read, Decker would have been a lock for the 2nd round if he did not have this injury. Mike Mayock of NFL Network currently lists Decker as his no.5 receiver in the draft. Nolan Nawrocki of Pro Football Weekly just came out with his first NFL Draft Value chart where he takes information from all of his sources and tries to figure out where each player is expected to go. Decker was listed in "3A" meaning that he is currently expected to go in the the top 1/3rd of round 3. The only other Gopher currently projected to be drafted in Nawrocki's value chart is Simoni Lawrence in the 6th round.
