I'm not surprised Floyd is working again. I am surprised that it happened this quickly and this far up the food chain.

I should add, I'm only mildly surprised.

Floyd is inheriting a team that won Conf USA without a senior on their roster.

Smart choice by both sides. They get somebody that can steer this club to the sweet 16 and he gets to come back to coaching and look like a genius his first year.
 


Why should anyone be surprised? If Calipari can get the UK job after have Final 4 appearances at 2 separate schools, nothing should be surprising about coaches getting more chances......
