John Skladany, Defensive Coordinator - Houston Cougars. He's 60 yoa; wouldn't hurt to have an old grizzly on a very young coaching staff.

Skladany was defensive coordinator for Dan McCarney at Iowa State, 1996 - 2006.
In 2007, George O'leary hired Skladany as his DC at Central Florida.

His 2005 Iowa State defense was ranked 35th in the nation and 12th against the run.
