Spencer sounds like a grounded young man. Learning on the fly can't be easy in a new job, especially when you're in the spotlight. He's plenty articulate, he showed that last year on Minnesota: The Journey. He'll smooth out the rough edges (the "ums" and you knows" he mentioned) and get better.

Off topic. ... do any of you amateur baseball fans know if Spencer plans on pitching for the Chaska Cubs this summer?
