November 22, 1969 Minnesota 35 Wisconsin 10 Gophers pound dreadful Badgers on muddy field to win 4th straight. A junior from Fargo sets modern Gopher rushing record with 216 yards. Can you name him?

At first I was going to say John Wintermute a former highschool teammate. But we were from La Grange, Illinois. The Huskers beat the Gophers that year and the only other running back I can remember is Barry Mayer.
