I don't think he was ever going to Minn. He verbaled to Tubby at KY then when Tubby got let go, he verbaled to MSU.

Tubby changed jobs by choice. Mich St was Green's lifelong favorite team.

Umm, I never said he was going to Minnesota. There was a period between Tubby coming to Minnesota and Green verballing to MSU where it was reported that he was considering joining Tubby at Minnesota. Key word considering. I was just thinking how nice it would have been if it came to fruition.

Minnesota was on his list of 3 or 4 schools until Mich St offered.
