I suppose it's possible. The "agents" for high school kids can be pretty shady.
 

Mayo, and Pete Carroll for that matter, are like Sergeant Schultz from Hogan's Heroes:

"I know nnnnnnnothing."
 

I find it odd that he is "undisturbed" about all of this. Makes him sound a bit selfish...
