I found myself saying multiple times last night that "we don't have any scorers out on the floor." I like the fact that the Gopher's are a very even balanced team, but games like last night's made me want a "go to guy" the team could rally around. Instead, players lacked movement away from the ball, and after using up the majority of the shot clock passing it around the perimeter, we were forced to throw up a bad shot. It didn't help that Hoff got 2 fouls right away and sat on the bench much of the 1st half...

Additionally, it was very evident that Iverson has yet to develop strong scoring moves down low. There were many times where he'd get the pass into him and the defender was on one hip or the other, but instead of being aware of this and making a quick drop step or spin, he hesitated and then kicked it back out. I thought he was much more aggressive on the boards, but needs to develop effective scoring moves so we have a threat down low.
