3/4 tie) Ohio State & Minnesota 11-7 (NCAA)
5/6 tie) Wisconsin & Illinois 10-8 (NCAA)

9) Penn State 5-13

Just looked it up:

The last "official" year we had 11 wins in the B10 was 1989-90, which was the only year we've accomplished it since 1981-82.

2 seasons in nearly 30 years? Ouch.
