I think FSU is the Big Ten's weakest opponent in any bowl game this year.

And Wisconsin just gave up. It's like they don't even want to be there. Just awful.

Turnovers and the FS punter/kicker really did knock the wind out of them in the second half, especially with the blown call on the roughing the punter.

Have always felt the best way to measure a conference's strength is how the middle and upper-tier teams perfrom in their bowl games. Any team that finished .500 or better in its league, that's fine, but I tend to ignore teams that finished below .500 in their league. Win or lose their games, the Big Ten should not be judged on how the Badgers and Gophers perform in their bowls. Both were 3-5. Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan State, Iowa & Northwestern will determine the national perception of the Big 10. They're the middle and upper crust.

Hope I'm wrong, but I think Iowa is the only one that will come out with a victory, maybe OSU. I can see JoePa, Sparty and NW all getting crushed.

This is so true. When the Badgers were getting killed I heard Lou Holtz say that the only reson Wisconsin was playing in a bowl game is because the Big Ten was not that good this year.

He is an idiot. Wisconsin rolled through their non-conference schedule and was exposed and beat-up in Big Ten play. Their fall from the #8 ranking is merely yet another testament to how much better the Big Ten is than C-USA, WAC and MAC.

Rookie mistakes by Minnesota kept the Badgers from being 2-6 (like they should have been).
