Before this year started everyone said qb would be a strength. Weber never looked this bad the last 2 years EVER. I hate weber right now, but I seriously think the problem and cause is the OC. Fisch was a kill shot, but he was a kill shot to weber. Weber should be benched, but a good coach would of never messed with his style that had worked for 2 years, and a good OC puts his offense in good positions. I think we need to give brew time, but fisch has to go, BEFORE THE Bowl game (if we get to one)

Weber sucked after Decker went down last year, in which we lost the last 5 games, including the one where Decker went down (against NU).

Weber was mediocre last year prior to Decker going down. Decker was extremely good, and bailed out Weber very often. Weber got much worse this year.

Again, this all comes down to the game where Weber hurt his knee. He was pretty good before that, and has been awful ever since. I love his determination, but at some point you have to cut your losses.
