Ignore Option

I clicked on a user's name and couldn't find an ignore option. Is this feature supported?

I believe you go to the user CP button at the top header, and then choose edit ignore options. You then have to enter that persons name. I haven't used it yet. I figured I'd wait until someone crossed my 'stooopit' threshhold of pain.
