What is everyone wearing to the game? Anyone dressing up or just doing the normal game apparel?

A marching band...we have a group of 20 that have season tickets together and we all have matching band uniforms.

I am expecting some good costumes from the student section. It should be a good time!

You should be warm with all the 20 or so pillows you're going to have to stuff under your clothes to look like him.

Love it! Just make sure your "Minnesota game day twist" wasn't already done by the Simpsons. ;)

this game will be awesome, storming the field to ruin MSU's season in costumes is just too good to pass up!

Anyone who storms the field after beating MSU should be ashamed of themselves.

I am going to put a blow up doll on my shoulders so it looks like I am standing the whole time. The blow up doll will have a shirt saying "That Guy" on it.

What section will you be in? That sounds very funny. I'll keep an eye out for your group.

idk...i'm a student but i think if i dress up in my costome, which isn't maroon and gold, people on here will be pissed that the students aren't repping the home colors

Section 148 (The West end zone, closer to the home side). Rows 1-3. The band uniforms are maroon and white.

Anyone who storms the field after beating MSU should be ashamed of themselves.

Anyone who gets angry at college kids for having fun should be ashamed of themselves.

Earlier in this thread there was mentioned that someone was going as Mark Mangino. That remined me of one of the funniest t-shirts that I saw on a Kansas fan. The t-shirt read "Our Coach can eat your Coach". LOL

Has anyone checked to see if the university has a policy on wearing costumes to the game? I have read that many stadiums are putting restrictions on what fans can wear/bring to the games. For example, no authentic looking law enforcement costumes and no simulated weapons - I'm guessing for homeland security reasons.

Thought I would give you the heads up before your night of fun. MSU should be ripe for the taking. It would be a big win for Coach Brewster's squad.

One more thing: rush the field after the victory if you like; who cares what others think.

I heard Adam Weber will be dressed to look like Mike Hohensee, Kevin Whaley as Laurence Maroney, Cedrick McKinley as Karon Riley, Marcus Sherels as Willie Middlebrooks and Traye Simmons as Jack Brewer.

Might go as a thief, then rob the Bank. That's bad.

I guess Iowa won't let anyone in even dressed as an official.

All you need is a lot of yellow fabric clothing.
