To be fair, Minnesota can claim the guy who got a DWI when he crashed his customized Lay-Z-Boy into a car on his way home from the bar. I believe he registered an impressive 0.29. Still a long way from having sex in a Metrodome bathroom with a stranger though

Again, take the best sport talent of the 5 surrounding states and you win the Big Ten. Additionally, If you drain the best students from the surrounding 5 BT states you get a top ranked univerisity. Madison has been doing this for 15-20 years. The U of M is reversing this and it'll pay off. on the field
