I thought there were other scrimmages or practices in prior years besides Tubby Tipoff that were open to the public but I have not heard or seen anything.

There is Tubby's coaches clinic for $100 next Saturday at 1pm but I assume that is not open to the public.

For more information on the clinic or to register, please call the Minnesota Basketball Office at (612) 625-3085 or visit the Gopher men's basketball page at www.gophersports.com.

I haven't heard anything, and I'm guessing no, unless something special is announced...seeing as they're not even open to media as Myron noted in his blog. I want to say last year there was one, a homecoming scrimmage along with Tubby's tipoff. But I'm getting old, so it could have been a different weekend ;).

Last year the exibition games were free. But, I believe I read that BTN.com is selling the web casting of these games this year.
